The Network seeks to bring together scholars conducting research on cybersecurity in Latin America.

The LA/CS Net is a space of inquiry, connection and collaboration. It welcomes and seeks to promote knowledge production on the topic. Be it in Spanish, Portuguese or English. 

The Network is a platform for critical research and seek to contribute to a more culturally sensitive and diverse agenda around cybersecurity and related topics. The Network will seek to achieve these objectives through the following set of activities:

• Organising of seminars, panels, roundtables

• Sharing scholarly production

• Publishing reports (workshop summaries, special issues)

• Developing bibliographies

• Promoting scholarly engagement in policy environments 

• Building cross-sector partnerships and dialogues to facilitate evidence-based discussions
